Senior Business Analyst

Introduction: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Analyst and Project Manager.
This role is crucial for driving the successful delivery of projects by managing stakeholder relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring comprehensive project analysis and documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology.
Duties and responsibilities: ·        Develop and manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
·        Implement effective communication processes, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and transparent expectations.
·        Lead and collaborate with team members, peers, and senior management.
·        Effectively articulate ideas and viewpoints.
·        Drive the resolution of business and IT issues.
·        Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
·        Identify and facilitate the achievement of business requirements and objectives.
·        Provide comprehensive project-level analysis through the creation of required documentation.
·        Develop AS-IS vs. TO-BE analysis, system architectural designs, functional requirements, business process models, use cases, user interface mock-ups, user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, and test cases.
·        Leverage data analysis and management expertise.
·        Support the development of strategic business and system reports.
·        Maintain knowledge of relevant technology, tools, and middleware.
·        Enable business process enhancement and improve business user productivity.
Requirements ·        Bachelor's degree (B-degree) in a relevant field.
·        FTI certification is advantageous.
·        A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
