Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced Primary Teachers to join the teaching teams across all campuses in 2025.
Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students. It has three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston, and Leanyer.
Primary Teachers provide an atmosphere for students to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological growth. They are responsible for organising and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving academic success in accordance with the policies and procedures at Good Shepherd Lutheran College.

Good Shepherd Lutheran College educates students through the Primary Years Programme of the International Baccalaureate (IBPYP), with an emphasis on inquiry through interdisciplinary learning. Through the programme, students are encouraged to be active learners who, through international mindedness, are able to empathise with others and pursue a life of purpose and meaning.
The ideal candidate should have experience teaching primary years and a demonstrated ability to plan for and implement effective teaching and learning.
