Pre Construction Coordinator - Custom Homes - Lower North ShoreWhat's On OfferWork for a custom home builder with a great leadership team1 day p/w WFHSalary: $80k - $90k + Super - depending on experienceOverview Of The Company / RoleMy client, a KDR specialist, is seeking a Pre Construction Coordinator to add to their team. The company prides itself on having a great culture with a flat management structure.Key ResponsibilitiesTake the client through from contract signed to construction, managing up to 20 clients at one timeAct as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries.Council lodgments, DA CDC, CCCoordinate meetings and site visits with clients, contractors, and consultants.Facilitate communication between vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Requirements To ApplyA minimum of 2 years experience working in a Pre Con role for another builderAbility to work as part of a teamExperience of council lodgementsExcellent communication skills and first-class customer service skills.How To ApplyTo send in an application, please hit 'Apply' and attach your resume.
