Role: Practice Manager with Accounting Expertise Location: Hermanus Salary: To be discussed What Youll Do: Take a hands-on approach in managing daily operations, of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Ensure high standards in client service and operational excellence. Maintain the full debtors and creditors function, with VAT and tax returns. Manage financial processes using SageOne, including handling multiple currencies and exchange rates. Implement and improve operational procedures to drive business efficiency. Interact with high-profile clients, maintaining professionalism and fostering strong business relationships. What Were Looking For: A proven track record in a hands-on management role, ideally in a service-oriented or professional environment. Strong accounting background, with knowledge of SageOne. Strong understanding of financial processes, especially within international markets. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international setting. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
