Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide clear strategic direction, ensuring accounts meet goals and align with agency objectives.
Client & Team Oversight: Lead client accounts, handling high-level escalations. Mentor Account Directors, Senior Account Managers, and Account Executives to achieve exceptional results.
Project & Crisis Management: Oversee campaign execution, budgets, and timelines. Lead crisis management, offering expert guidance during critical moments.
Business Development & Media Relations: Drive growth within existing accounts and support new business acquisition. Build and maintain media relationships to benefit clients and the agency.
Performance Accountability: Ensure client satisfaction, financial management, and consistent achievement of KPIs.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Strong PR background over a broad range of brands and sectors. Proven success in leading multiple accounts and growing portfolios.
Leadership: Skilled in managing and mentoring teams, creating a high-performing, positive work environment.
Project & Financial Management: Proficient in project management tools and budget oversight. Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
Crisis Management: Experienced in handling crises and providing strategic advice to protect client reputations.
Media Relations: Established media contacts over various sectors. Able to transfer relationships to teams and keep strategies relevant.
Communication & Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills, representing Clockwork professionally.
