We're seeking a passionate and self-motivated power tool "sales guru" to join our awesome team to help us drive our business success by increasing our power tool sales in the area. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users by selling the products that our clients (and their customers) have grown to rely on.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES REP...Identify prospects and leads.Make sales.Make appointments to meet clients and ensure customer satisfaction.Understand our clients' needs, and wants and resolve queries to promote customer experience.Advise customers on specials, new products, and price changes.Learn technical details about our products to explain alternative uses and applications.Process orders and credits and follow through.Keep merchandising material up to date.Prepare and present weekly reports.Attend sales educational training, events and expos.Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FORIf you understand the sales process, have good power tool knowledge, have a passion for selling & chasing targets, have the ability to convert leads into sales, build relationships, close deals, have strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our products compellingly, then this role is made for you!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years' experience working as a Sales Rep.Power tool & accessories knowledge is an advantage.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.Great interpersonal and excellent communication skills.Self-motivated and disciplined.Ability to effectively plan your day and prioritize your duties.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & OTHERGrade 12.A tertiary qualification in Sales and/or Marketing or studying towards one will be an advantage.Valid driver's license.Must live in Cape Town.WHAT'S NEXT?
