Job Title: Power BI Developer
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be expected to work full-time hours to support our data analytics and reporting needs.
Job Duties:

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data visualisation requirements.
Design, build, and deploy BI solutions using Power BI.
Create data models, DAX calculations, and measures in Power BI.
Optimise report performance and troubleshoot issues.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of data visualisation principles.
Proficiency in SQL queries and database management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development.
Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and M queries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Power BI or related field.
Experience with other data visualisation tools such as Tableau or QlikView.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with full-time hours. The work will primarily be conducted in an office setting, with the possibility of remote work based on project requirements.
