Postdoctoral Research Fellowship :English Studies& Comparative Literature

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Applicant must have completed doctoral degree within the last five years. Must have graduated with a PhD degree in Applied English Linguistics/ English Studies. Preference is given to women, particularly South African Citizens and SA permanent residents. Young and emerging scholar, and Evidence of publications in DHET accredited journals (minimum of 2 units) will be an added advantage). THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO: Undertake independent research and participate in the academic activities of the Department of English Studies and Comparative Literature. Publish a minimum of 2 Units per annum in DHET accredited journals, and Contribute to the research productivity of postgraduate students as well as the Department of English Studies and Comparative Literature. VALUE OF THE FELLOWSHIP: R300, 000 annual fellowship.
