Job description:
To provide policy administrative assistance to the Adviser. The share portfolio administrator will service existing clients and be responsible for all new direct share accounts and forex administration. Additionally, the person will be responsible for all other general client portfolio administration responsibilities as required from time to time. This position will report to the management team.
Responsibilities:

Attending to queries from clients
Confirming receipt of instructions with clients telephonically
Maintaining records of all interactions with clients
Client Portfolio Administration
Performing validations on incoming client instructions
Processing of all daily client transactions
Maintain CRM systems
Handling of all existing and new business regarding direct share accounts
Assisting in preparing and maintaining all direct share-related administrative duties including new and existing accounts, dividend payouts, purchasing and selling off shares, purchasing of forex, fee calculations, and reconciliations
Maintaining and assisting in setting up all relative direct share fund fact sheets and other relative reports

Minimum requirements:

Minimum entry-level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
3 years' relevant Investment administration work experience within the financial services industry

Advanced Excel experience / knowledge
