Summary
To perform general administrative duties in line with the job description and ensure revenue targets are met by means of filling vacancies.
Minimum requirements
Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
Own vehicle advantageous.
A minimum of 2 – 4 years' experience in a financial and administrative role or environment.
Experience in property management advantageous
Key Performance Areas
Utility administration and payments
Consult with the municipality for all related queries
Ensure all municipal accounts are received for payment & arranging payment thereof
Ensure monthly billings are imported to WCU prior to rent roll
Ensure monthly water & electricity schedules are printed, reviewing readings prior to billing & sent to BCMM.
Complete mutation water billing
Maintain database of properties under management and municipal account numbers
Ensure all new properties municipal accounts are reflecting on the BCMM dump
Maintenance administration - write up & open job cards for all tenant maintenance enquiries logged.
Liaising with clients to ensure work has been carried out to satisfactory standards.
Maintenance invoices received, signed off & loaded in preparation for payment
Landlord payouts - ensure all beneficiary invoices have been loaded prior to pay-out deadline.
Ensure municipal accounts are reviewed and signed off prior to pay-out deadline
Participate in community development programs implemented.
