Purpose of the role: At Collinson International Ltd (CIL), the largest operating company within the Collinson Group, we have a powerful vision: To be a strategic partner to the leading payment networks, issuers and travel companies. As part of this, we are establishing a new Transformation team and require a TMO Portfolio Reporting Analyst to support in the delivery of key initiatives. The primary purpose of the TMO Portfolio Reporting Analyst is to ensure that stakeholders within the CIL organisation have an accurate and updated view of the transformation portfolio and strategic initiatives at any given time. This includes: Gathering information on how project, programme and product initiatives map to the different lifecycle steps (from Idea to Delivery to Close) Providing consistent information about the scope, team, timelines and costs of each initiative Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure there's up-to-date status reporting on each initiative in the portfolio Acting as the custodian of portfolio data and structuring it in a way that supports insight generation and interrogation Creating ad-hoc insights and reports to support the decision making of the Transformation team and wider CIL leadership. Main accountabilities: Generate reports and manage report templates: Collects, organizes, and compiles data into a series of reports that are distributed on a timely basis to transformation leadership and CIL LT Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards Recommends effective ways of structuring the data in different views to enable leadership strategic decision making Monitor report completion for accuracy and consistency of data Support the Transformation leadership team with the preparation of updates and management reporting packs Build relationships and collaboration: Build strong relationships with portfolio and product stakeholders across CIL (and TCG) in order to create timely and accurate reports Support product and project managers in the execution of projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Data and analytics: Analyse portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to teams on how to provide updates and efficiently make use of existing reports, apply filters, and slice the data. Provide education and best practices recommendations to teams on creation of new reports. Knowledge, skills & experience: Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to edit text into concise language appropriate for reports and presentations Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to requirements and strict deadlines. Strong skills in graphical presentation of data with specific knowledge of and experience with databases; computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.). Capacity to work both individually and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems.
