Role Overview: The Plumber Supervisor is responsible for carrying out day to day maintenance related plumbing works as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance Management Respond to the maintenance needs and keep management informed.
Responsible for efficiently completing assigned plumbing duties Perform plumbing works as assigned by the supervisor Utilise, clean and secure equipment basic hand and power tools.
Experienced work in construction Experienced in new installation 1st fix and final fixed.
Experience in copper and PVC installations.
Experience of at least 1 year on galv.
Installation with self-threading pipes.
Risk Management Ensures compliance with relevant Acts.
Controls, manages, and governs the processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimise business risk.
Self-development Identifies training/development needs and pro-actively selects effective solutions to address development gaps.
Ensures that a personal development plan is developed and implemented.
