Plant Supervisor

Purpose To organise, control, manage and maintain the production processes as well as the personnel within company plant (CO2 and Biomethane recovery) environment situated in Cape Town sand industria. Liaise with the host companys personnel and always present a positive image of company. Specific Skills and Knowledge Supervisory /management experience Technical qualification in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of SHEQ standards and requirements Computer literacy Excellent Planning & Organising skills Must be able to work independently Education Production and or technical diploma/qualification B-Tech in Chemical Engineering would be an advantage Experience Three years experience in a technical/operations or process environment. Supervising staff for a 3-year period will be beneficial Maintenance experience will be beneficial Must be able to communicate at different levels
