Job Title: Plant AdministratorLocation: MidrandJob Summary:Hire Resolve is seeking a qualified Plant Administrator for their client in Midrand. The ideal candidate will be a Diesel Mechanic with a trade certificate and extensive experience in fleet and plant management, particularly with yellow jacket heavy equipment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the management and maintenance of the company fleet and plant equipment.Supervise and lead a team of mechanics.Manage plant operations, including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation.Utilize computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and documentation.Buildsmart experience is a plus.Requirements:Diesel Mechanic qualification with a trade certificate.7-10 years of experience with yellow jacket heavy equipment and fleet management.Strong supervisory experience.Knowledge of business management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, etc.).
