About The Role
Are you an experienced Planning Lawyer looking for a flexible and dynamic role within a top-tier law firm? We are a leading Top 60 law firm with one of the largest and most respected Real Estate teams in the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join our team, with the option to work from any of our ten office locations nationwide.
Our Planning team, led by three expert Partners and supported by a group of experienced lawyers and trainees, provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of planning and highways law. Whether it's negotiating planning or highways works agreements, offering guidance on natural capital, or addressing legal challenges that could impede development, our team excels. We also have a strong track record in defending against enforcement actions.
