Key Responsibilities: Influencing and implementing the relevant brand's merchandise strategy Financial and strategic management of the various products e.g. product planning, controlling open-to-buy, reviewing weekly & monthly figures Management of the range assortments and replenishment Management and implementation of distribution strategy e.g. analysing stores profiles & sales trends, developing promotional & range distribution by store & cluster Communication with stores and field Qualifications and Experience: A relevant tertiary qualification Proven working experience as a Planner ( 1 - 3 years) Skills: Analytical Processes Commercial Acumen Customer Service Delivery Planning & Organising Policy & Procedures Market Research and Analysis Supplier Management Behaviours: Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, decision making, interpersonal relations, problem solving, teamwork & written communication Comfortable and effective influencer. You need to be flexible as the environment is very dynamic and priorities can change.
