Planner - Sales Support

Job Specification: Planner Sales Team Support Our client, a leading hobby and toy wholesaler is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join their sales team. Our client prides themselves on delivering excellent service, integrity, and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring consistent pricing, product backup, and spares for their retailers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage and plan product allocations and stock levels. Monitor stock availability and forecast demand to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Analyse sales data to identify trends and assist in inventory planning. Coordinate with suppliers to manage delivery schedules and ensure accurate inventory levels. Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies and promotions. Ensure efficient communication between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize stock movements. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, sales figures, and product forecasts. Requirements: Proven experience in a planning or inventory management role, ideally within a retail or wholesale environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
