Pickers And Packers

Key Responsibilities:Pick products from shelves according to order sheets or electronic systems.Pack items securely and neatly, ensuring that they meet the company's standards.Ensure all items are accurately scanned and accounted for before packing.Label and prepare packages for dispatch or customer collection.Organize stock in the storage area to ensure easy accessibility and efficient picking.Collaborate with the stockroom team to maintain an organized and well-stocked environment.Perform quality checks to ensure products are in excellent condition before packing.Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a similar role (picking, packing, or stock handling) is preferred but not required.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move boxes or items when needed.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (preferred).
