Responsibilities:Planning photoshootsSourcing models and venues including briefing agents to source suitable models and venuesBooking, negotiating, and securing all crew, venues, gear, menus, permits, models, travel, accommodationWorking closely with and support the Shoot Production Manager Source, collect and deliver product to shoot venueAttend shoots and work alongside crew to ensure the process runs efficiently and on timeDistribute all shoot schedules, crew and model lists, and shoot planPrepare shoot cost estimates working within clients budgetPost shoot reconciliation of all costs, payments, and finalise invoice for clientRequirements:MatricValid drivers licenceMS OfficeAble to work at a fast and efficient pace with incredible attention to detailOrganised and composed under pressureTeam playerAdaptable yet consistentLogical and show initiative
