Pharmacy Sales Representative - Cape Town SalesWestern Cape - South AfricaOur client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Professional Sales Representative to join their Over-The-Counter (OTC) Business Unit in Cape Town. This role is crucial in promoting OTC products, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key customers in both Independent and Corporate Pharmacies.Key Responsibilities:Achieving individual, regional, and divisional sales targets consistently.Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Customers.Identifying opportunities for new products and business growth areas in the market.Implementing sales and marketing strategies.Analysing regional sales data and developing strategies to maximise sales potential in your area.Handling customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications and Experience:A tertiary qualification in Commerce and/or Science.Minimum of two years experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.Knowledge and experience in Independent and Corporate Pharmacy.Proven track record in Self-medication and FMCG markets.Core Competencies:The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You should demonstrate strong customer service orientation, with a solid understanding of business principles and processes.
