Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: General Office Administration: Take accurate minutes during meetings, ensuring all key points and decisions are captured. Maintain a decision register, tracking resolutions made during meetings. Follow up on the progress of decisions and ensure timely implementation. Legal Contract Assistance: (advantageous but not mandatory) Collaborate with legal counsel to assist in the formulation, review, and execution of legal contracts related to the fishing enterprise. Maintain accurate records of contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Project Administration: Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Computer Skills and Programming: Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc, todo.). Basic programming skills (advantageous but not mandatory) to assist with data analysis, automation, or other relevant tasks. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Maintain discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
