Personal Assistant To Creative Director

Job Title: Personal Assistant to Creative Director Company: Sweetheart of the Rodeo Location: Sea Point, Cape Town
Sweetheart of the Rodeo is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Creative Director. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of extension, and we are hiring immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
Running errands as needed
Coordinating staff communication
Scheduling meetings & taking meeting minutes
Assisting with recruitment when needed
Supporting marketing tasks, design tasks and social media community management
Getting involved in planning and executing events
Contributing creative ideas and building on fun, new concepts

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in Adobe Suite is preferred but teachable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
A creative flair with the ability to generate and develop exciting ideas
