Job Summary: The President's Office is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to manage the office's operations, coordinate business activities, and provide administrative support to the President.
Job Responsibilities:
Improve and optimize the management system of each department, ensuring the establishment of a business process system as planned.
Be fully responsible for all management work of the President's Office, ensuring the normal and efficient operation of the Board of Directors' Office.
Organize the collection and understanding of the work dynamics of each department, assist the President in coordinating relevant business work, and provide a basis for the company's leadership's decision-making.
Assist the President in overall planning, classification, coordination, and organization of various activities inside and outside the group, making various work and schedule arrangements.
Coordinate and organize the President's office meeting, compile meeting minutes, and assist in implementation.
Responsible for document processing and drafting documents for the President to attend various meetings.
Participate in the preparation of the company's strategic plans and operating plans, and the discussion of major company decision-making matters.
Provide online and offline Chinese and English translation services, with a focus on French and Chinese translation.
Complete other special tasks assigned by the company President.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Requirements:
Must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate, with a Diploma or Degree in Paralegal study, Office Management, Business Administration, or Financial studies being advantageous.
Good temperament, with a comprehensive knowledge structure, possessing secretarial, legal, financial, management, and other related knowledge.
More than 10-15 years of work experience, with both government and corporate experience, a strong sense of professionalism, and excellent communication skills, learning abilities, and insight.
Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to respond quickly and solve problems.
Clear ideas, proactive, and efficient, with a strong ability to proactively plan and implement.
Keen observation skills, with a strong ability to collect and summarize information and data, and be good at selecting, extracting, processing, and transforming large amounts of data.
Solid writing skills, good language and written expression skills, and document processing ability, with the ability to think and plan independently, and withstand pressure.
Both English and Chinese can be used as working languages.
