DUR002215 PERSONAL ASSISTANT – MIDLANDS KZN   Purpose of the Job: To offer comprehensive assistance to Executives and senior staff.
Required Qualifications & Experience   Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
5 -10 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Technical Tasks, Competencies & Experience:   Provide executives and senior employees with all-encompassing support Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar Act as the manager's main point of contact with internal and external clients.
Keep lines of communication open throughout the office Coordinate with support personnel to provide administrative assistance when needed Assist with project management and deliverable execution to keep the team on schedule to fulfill important objectives.
Organize a small team's operations to guarantee a well-organized and productive workflow.
