Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading environmental solutions and resource management company.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a fast-paced work environment.
This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to handle complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and support the CEO in driving the company's mission to promote sustainable resource management and environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities: Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, and ensuring efficient time management.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring seamless transitions across multiple locations.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring the CEO has all necessary materials and information in advance.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Draft, review, and organize correspondence and documentation for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
Support project coordination by assisting with task tracking, deadlines, and communications with team members.
Organize events and meetings for the executive team, ensuring all logistics are handled and objectives are met.
Maintain efficient filing and document management systems to ensure easy access to necessary information.
Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as required, adapting to changing priorities and needs.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or environmental solutions setting.
Proven experience in managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level communications.
Previous experience in a sustainability or environmental management-related industry is an advantage.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
