Opportunity exists for competent, meticulous, highly organised Personal Assistant with exceptional admin skills to be right-hand man to Director and perform full PA function.
As the go-to person to the Director, you will be responsible for: Reminding Director of important tasks and deadlines Dealing with correspondence and phone calls Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation Assisting in organising events and conferences Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence Managing databases and filing systems Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Collating and filing various documents / expenses Organising manager's personal commitments including travel or childcare
