The NSRI seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Fundraising and Marketing Department.As the Performance Marketing Specialist at the National Sea Rescue Institute, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing our performance marketing initiatives to drive donor acquisition and retention. This position requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full scope of marketing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.The NSRI has 50+ Stations, Satellite stations and Lifeguard premises across a volunteer network spanning 1500+ volunteers.The ideal candidate must have:Bachelor's or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Marketing Research Statistics or a relevant other field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, marketing research, analytics or a related field, with a focus on direct or performance marketing.Proficient in data analysis & visualisation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI).Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and strategies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform for data analysis and insights.Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms will be advantageous.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate all aspects of campaign execution, including creative development, list selection, and channel deployment.Analyse marketing campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and scalability.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing metrics and KPIs.Run marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.Work closely with creative, digital, and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.Monitor expenses and provide recommendations for cost-effective strategies.Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and sales teams to align strategies and achieve goals.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing analytics and technology.If you have excellent communication skills, good references and are goal-oriented, you may be a good candidate.
