We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager with a strategic vision and a deep understanding of various marketing channels and growth strategies. In this role, you will manage the performance marketing team, overseeing all performance channels including Paid Social, Paid Google, Affiliate, Influencer, among others. You will work with our VP of Marketing to help drive our ambitious growth agenda, working cross-functionally with our creative, content, retention, and organic social teams. You will pioneer our expansion into new marketing channels, including TV and direct mail while ensuring the effectiveness and profitability of our growth endeavors. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

What You Will Do:Leadership & Team Management: Lead and expand the team responsible for performance marketing. Provide strategic direction and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation. Assume the potential inclusion of a dedicated creative team.
Performance Marketing Oversight: Develop and implement strategies for all performance marketing channels. Manage and develop performance marketing team members and and work closely with external agencies ensuring optimization of ad spend and campaign effectiveness in accordance with company growth and profitability goals.
Creative Direction for Growth: Oversee the 'Growth Creative' team, guiding the creation and testing of impactful ads specifically designed for paid social platforms. Ensure creative strategies are data-informed and align with broader growth objectives.
Channel Expansion: Spearhead the exploration and utilization of new performance marketing channels, including TV, Direct Mail, and more. Oversee the testing phases, data collection, and analysis to gauge each channel's success and potential scale.
Measurement and Analytics: Apply a combination of measurement methodologies to gauge marketing effectiveness and optimize spend, including multi-touch attribution, geo lift testing, and media mix modeling. Utilize and communicate insights to inform budgets and strategies.
What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience across various performance marketing channels or related roles, with at least 2+ years in leadership positions.
