The Role You will be joining the Performance+ team as a Performance Analyst - running paid media services. As a team we are guided and directed by results and innovation. There are great opportunities for progression as you'll be given a lot of freedom and early responsibilities. Members of the team at all levels have the opportunity to drive a real impact on the team and overall business. There will also be close interaction with other team members who work on a wide range of digital channels, so the role will really immerse you in the digital marketing world with potential to get more involved in additional channels as you progress.

Once trained up, the role will include helping develop strategy, both across existing clients and to bring in new business for the company.

Key Responsibilities Running paid search campaigns across Google/Microsoft Ads with the aim to learn about more channels as you progressResponsible for your own portfolio of clients with the support of your managersProactively optimising and growing accountsMonitoring and reacting to fluctuations in performanceProblem solving to discover any factors which could be hindering performance and working towards a solutionTesting and driving innovation within your accounts and teamWorking with clients to achieve their long term growth objectives and explore new opportunities for growth with themRegular communication with clients, delivering presentations and reportingInvolvement in new business opportunities and pitchesSetting up accounts and tech for new client go lives, as a team we regularly have new clients being onboarded Key skills No prior experience is requiredHave strong numerical and analytical skillsHave strong problem solving skills Be thorough, proactive and inquisitive always looking to learn moreHave strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as individuallyHave a strong interest in the digital industry About Incubeta Incubeta is a digital marketing consultancy with over 15 years of experience.
