We are looking for a People Operations Assistant to join our dynamic shared service centre in Cape Town.This is a full-time role reporting into the People Process Lead and works on a shift pattern of either earlier, core, or later hours agreed on a monthly basis.About The RoleThe People Operations Assistant manages the day-to-day operations of an employee life cycle, ensuring that all systems, processes, and administrative work are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and to stakeholder satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesBeing the first point of contact for employees and managers on transactional matters.Administrating the transactions for day-to-day employee requests and enquiries.Supporting and delivering a full range of administrative services.
