With 100+ people in the business your role will be to lead the development of best-in-class people strategies that support the business in achieving its strategic goals.Key Focus Areas:Working directly with the executive management team in laying the foundations for and building the company's HR processes.Being the first instance go to person for all employees relating to personal and professional discussions with the business.Structuring and implementing an effective recruitment process to source world-class talent across various job specs, which includes collaborating with the VAT IT Group Recruitment team as well as sourcing and screening candidates independently.Implementing efficient, streamlined, automated HR process relating to recruitment, employee onboarding and payroll.Working with the business' outsourced labour lawyer in managing any employee disciplinary and other processes.Sourcing, proposing to Exco and implementing employee wellness initiatives for the global employee-base with a focus on building and improving the business' culture.Providing professional and independent labour relations support to employees.Desired Work Experience:3+ Years of relevant experience – Not necessarily in people management.Desired Qualification Level:Desired Skills:Effective communication.Strong organizational abilities.Intrinsic motivation and ability to learn quickly. 12 people have applied for this job. 135 people have viewed this job.
