Job Description
Lead and ensure the effective interpretation, conceptualisation, development, implementation and monitoring of strategic Human Capital transformation projects, in line with strategic priorities across local and global operational sites.
Take accountability and responsibility for the management of resources, budgeting and scheduling for all human capital transformation projects at a local and global operational level, under the control of the Human Capital Leadership team.
Provide leadership and stewardship for the design and implementation of programmes/projects to address identified gaps and opportunities in support of the human capital strategy, in line with the local and global operational requirements.
Manage initiatives by ensuring they are closely aligned with the company's strategic goals and provide measurable value.
Ensure the effective building and maintenance of positive relationships with stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, and updates.
Lead, manage and address stakeholder concerns and incorporate feedback into project planning and execution.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to human capital management and make recommendations to align strategic projects to best practice.
Drive the proposing of innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices within the organisation.
Manage the continuous compliance and risk management monitoring efforts.
Regularly report on compliance status, risk exposures, and mitigation actions to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related field.
Post Graduate qualification in Business or Human Resources or related fields.
Advantageous: Project Management Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP).
5-8 years of experience in strategic and transformation Human Capital projects in a large global organisation with multiple operational sites.
In-depth experience in Programme and/or Project management and change management.
In-depth experience of managing multi-dimensional programmes, deadlines, and project budgets.
Engagement with diverse, external international stakeholders in managing legislative risk.
