Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualificationDiploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldCertification (B-BBEE practitioner certification, CIPS, HR certification)1-2 years of experience in B-BBEE, Procurement, or HRAssociation of BBBEE Professionals (ABP) Membership Key Duties: Develop and implement B-BBEE strategies aligned with organisational goals.Monitor and report progress towards B-BBEE targets to senior management.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance B-BBEE compliance.Monitor supplier performance and adherence to B-BBEE requirements.Implement sustainable procurement practices, including supplier diversity.Collaborate to achieve cost savings and eciency.Manage procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract managementManage day-to-day HR operations and ensure policy compliance.Support the Head of People Development in fostering an inclusive work environment.Prepare B-BBEE reports and collaborate with finance and legal teams.Develop and execute skills development programs.Monitor and evaluate skills development initiatives.Contribute to community upliftment through social initiatives.Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.Track risk indicators and update the Head of People Development.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address risks.Identify and assess organisational risks related to B-BBEE, procurement, and compliance.
