People & Culture Officer - Alice SpringsAbout the role ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled People and Culture Officer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in Alice Springs, this busy and rewarding role will see you taking management of all new starters onboarding and compliance for Alice Springs and Central Australia region and responding to the operational daily queries to People and Culture (HR). In addition, you will lead the delivery of our HR day 1 orientation program monthly and provide support for the onboarding and management of our PALM workers.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in generalist HR duties or senior administration. They will be highly organized, have strong computer skills, enjoy problem solving and be comfortable to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline would be highly regarded however, not essential. In addition, prior experience within the health or not for profit industries are preferred.
