People and Culture Admin Manager - TzaneenWestfalia Fruit Estates has a permanent vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced People and Culture Admin Manager based in Tzaneen, Limpopo.Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the incumbent will be responsible for P&C Administration. The incumbent will be expected to lead, direct and manage the day-to-day P&C activities.Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, organise and control admin activities related to P&COversee recruitment of both seasonal and permanent workersWork closely with Talent in coordinating interviews and selectionEnsure thorough vetting (MIE, background checks) is conductedManage Wages & Salaries input administrationEnsure data submitted for payroll is accurate - data integrityCompile headcount reports, EE reports, and any related reports as and when requiredManage villages on the farm and ensure residence record keeping is maintainedEnsure eligible employees are allocated residence and that payroll is updatedOversee personnel records and maintain databaseFully support managers, supervisors and employees with regards to the day-to-day administrationManage the administration of comp & ben, internally and through 3rd partiesWork with stakeholders on IODManage a Team of P&C administrators and assistantsQualifications/Experience:Matric is required.Minimum 3 years Diploma in HR, Administration or equivalentMinimum 3 years' experience as HR/P&C Admin ManagementExperience working with a total headcount of 1500+Experience with recruitment of seasonal workers preferredKnowledge:Information ManagementLeave ManagementTimekeeping and payroll inputData IntegrityKnowledge of HR and ERP systems, preferable D365Skills:Computer Literate MS Office, Word and Power Point and excellent Excel skillsPeople orientedAbility to work without supervisionHigh level of commitmentInitiative, energetic and patientService-oriented individual that can work under pressureHigh level of integrity and confidentialityRemuneration:The Company offers a Total Guaranteed Remuneration Package which comprises provident fund, insured benefits, medical aid, and an option to structure an annual bonus.
