Job Summary
The Bastien's Studio Supervisor has the role to assist the Assistant Manager or Manager in the operation and administration tasks. He/She is an important link between the team and the management, ensuring that team members work in harmony.
BSS will be responsible for the daily operation of the team, including monitoring attendance, rota, grooming standards, display setup, and treatment SOPs. BSS is also responsible for training BTE and BT1 and is involved in the basic administration of the studio, updating all reports on the computer, and being aware of daily financial figures to drive the team towards targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Execute and explain all treatments.
Recommend products to guests.
Ensure quality and procedure of services provided in the studio.
Verify information provided by team members.
Ensure products are well presented and sold.
Check cleanliness and tidiness of product displays.
Prepare the team rota monthly and ensure team members are aware of duty timings.
Know and check all standards from treatment bed setup to pantry display.
Maintain perfect grooming standards in front of guests.
Represent the Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio within the resort.
Create a strong team through continuous training.
Support team members in their new life within the resort.
Review daily financial results and engage the team in targets.
Check stock of products and inform management when reordering is needed.
Update and maintain the guest database.
Contribute to the perception of the Studio within the hotel.
Ensure daily meetings with the team are conducted.
Provide daily updates to management.
Keep all information confidential.
