Reference: 10064 CM Consultant: Christa MostertJob Description:The Payroll Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
Duties will include managing deductions and overtime, maintaining payroll records and preparing payroll reports, ensuring that salary payments comply with relevant legislation and regulations, handling employee inquiries, supporting employee benefits and assisting with audits.
Qualifications:5 Years' experience within a similar roleMatric / Senior Certificate with relevant experienceTertiary qualification will be advantageousProven payroll administration experienceProficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite, particularly ExcelStrong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirementsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data capturingExceptional organisational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHow to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ******.
