Matric/Grade 12 with Maths essential Certificate in Payroll Administration 3 to 5 years of related Payroll experience required Proficient on Sage People Payroll and Excel Strong business acumen, analytical and problemsolving skills Duties will include - Extensive knowledge of the Payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control and Payroll taxes Fair and consistent application of HR Policies and procedures Strong knowledge of the South African Labour Legislations(BCEA, EE, COIDA etc) Statutory requirements (UIF, SDL levy, PAYE, Taxation) Third party Payments (Garnishee Orders, Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Tax, UIF, COIDA, SDL etc) Proven working experience with Bargaining Councils Main agreements Leave Reconciliation Payroll Reporting
