Payroll and Contracts ManagerAre you a seasoned professional with expertise in both payroll management and contract administration? We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Payroll and Contracts Manager at our Heidelberg, Gauteng location in the transport industry.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee payroll processing for both contract and permanent employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulationsManage contracts for temporary staff, including onboarding, termination, and contract renewalsCollaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration of contract and permanent employee payroll processesMaintain accurate records of employee contracts, including terms and conditions, hours worked, and compensationProvide guidance and support to the payroll team on contract-related mattersLiaise with external vendors and agencies as needed for contract staffing requirementsDesired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management, with exposure to contract administrationIn-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and contract labor laws in South AfricaExperience working with payroll software and proficiency in MS ExcelStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
