Person with experience in Sage VIP professionalProficiency in Excel (pivot tables and data management) will be advantageousExperience in processing claims, leave, advances / living out allowancesUnderstanding of timesheet based / rate per hour contract payroll will be advantageousHR background / skills will be advantageous but not mandatoryMust have processed payroll for at least 50 employees per month (ideally 100 per month)Processing and payment of contractor invoices and staffing service providersKnowledge / experience in employment contracts will be advantageous but not mandatoryValid driver's licenseMust have reliable own transport (travel to Secunda branch, Sasolburg Operations and Meyersdal Office will be required from time to time) Relevant internal training will be provided.
Minimum RequirementsMatric and relevant post-matric certificate or qualificationsCandidates ideally based in the Vaal Triangle (Sasolburg / Vanderbijlpark / Vereeniging / Meyerton) This will be a full-time position with usual company benefits (Medical Aid subsidized, Provident fund, group life cover, funeral benefit, income protection)Office location: Three Rivers, VereenigingWork hours: standard 40-hour work week from the office
