This role is that of a Payroll Administrator with Bookkeeping functionsR24k CTC - being an NGO, the organisation relies on various funding, and so the passion for this type of organisation is what needs to drive you!We are looking for someone to start immediately!Payroll - SAGEHandling payroll processes for employees, ensuring timely payments and adhering to tax regulations.Coordinate with HR to verify accuracy and completeness of employees' information.Process manual checks for employees according to company policies.Manage employees' records on the database to maintain accuracy and updated information.Send reminders to managers to submit sheets before the deadline.Update employees' records such as address, bank information, and salary levels.Maintain employees' confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.Respond to employees' questions and requests for information regarding deductions and related issues.Provide reports to management for review and authorization.Reconciling pension and medical aid.Liaising with external parties regarding benefits.BookkeepingLoading new suppliers to be transferred to procurement.Verifying new suppliers.Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.Provide support during audits by supplying requested documentation promptly and accurately.Day-to-day accounting processes to drive financial accuracy.Prepare weekly and monthly payments.Load payments online.Balancing and reconciling cashbooks, credit cards, and petty cash.Support to FM.
