Minimum requirements: MatricMUST be fluent in both Zulu and English Degree/diploma/certificate in accounting (essential)Experienced in Jarisson/any other clocking systemProficient in EMP201 and EMP501 submissions (essential)Change tax tables, yearlyCapture and deduct loans (Salaries and Wages)Medical aid recon and linking employeeMonthly Third-party paymentsJarrison clocking system (extracting hours and timesheets)Calculate Wage and Salary yearly increments (Import into sage)Calculate leave pay and leave bonus for wages and salariesLoading Payments on the BankGeneral ledgers (weekly/monthly)Leave provisionPrint/release weekly wages payslips & monthly salary payslipsESS administration and supportMonthly EMP201 Payments and ReconUIF declaration monthly submissionWCABudget ForecastAnalysis for actual and budgetSolve payroll queries timeouslyAny ad hoc dutiesConsultant: Vonne Scholtz - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
