Time left to apply: End Date: November 30, 2024 (23 days left to apply)Job Requisition ID: R0017969Responsibilities:Deliver payrolls and related activities across the MEA region, from the preparation of the input to payments and post payroll activities.Responsible for payroll oversight to ensure effective controls are utilized and monitor payments delivered to correct third parties within the scheme deadlines.Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas such as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance, and vendors.Proactively manage own workload to meet required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team and payroll manager.Ensure documentation of processes is stored in dedicated shared folders and that processes are up to date.Submission of COID returns.Knowledge of tax directive applications and administering IT88's.Submission of month-end and GL, salary journals, etc. to the Finance Department.Knowledge for submission of PAYE/SDL/UIF EMP201.Knowledge for submission of EMP501 via ****** in internal & external audits within the department.
