Payroll Administrator Blackheath We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a team in Blackheath. What  you will bring: MatricCertification in VIP Payroll obtained via VIPProficiency in report writing / ODBCA minimum of 2 years experience in payroll, salary & wages, or finance2 years experience with VIP PayrollAdvanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.Strong knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.Solid computer literacy across relevant platforms.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Process & reconcile payroll including new employees, terminations, leave, and adjustments.Ensuring accurate deductions, adjustments, and pay period reconciliations.Importing and reconciling hours for payroll processing.Performing mid-year and tax year-end reconciliations.Generating management information reports and completing month-end reporting.
