Payout Administrator

Responsibilities:
Ensure that all documents received for payment are accurate and aligned to the payout guidelines.Capture the natis information accurately upon receipt of the natis.Ensure and check the Natis document is valid.Ensure effective communication with dealers within an hour regarding problems on payout.Timeously and accurately make payments on the relevant system.Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure payment to avoid delays in payment and/or incorrect payments.Thoroughly check the invoice amount, client details, and vehicle model corresponds accurately with the natis.Uphold standards by being compliant and aligned to business rulesRequirements:
Minimum Grade Twelve (12).Three (3) year qualification in Finance or related would be advantageous.Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years working experience in finance.
