Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Collaborating with fellow team members to create high-quality pastries, cakes and desserts.
Following recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Continuously learning and improving baking skills through training and feedback.
Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements of the position:
Passion for baking and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Previous experience in a baking or kitchen environment
A willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
The ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
The ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to start work at 3 am and work on weekends.
Pay rate from $16 - 18 per hour
