to assist with menus development and creating new dishes, along with brian ing jnr staff and
managing costings and health and safety for pastry sections.

Candidate will have 6-8 years expo with 3 or more as a pastry sous or head,
must have valid passport be motivated creative and passionate,

Salary R60 000
