Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities:
Create and prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Develop new recipes and innovative pastry techniques.
Ensure presentation meets lodge standards and enhances guest experience.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team on menu planning and execution.
Maintain inventory of pastry supplies and manage ordering to ensure freshness and availability.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the pastry kitchen.
Train and supervise pastry assistants and other kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or lodge environment.
Extensive knowledge of pastry arts, techniques, and ingredients.
Creative flair and passion for pastry and dessert creation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
