Partner Enablement Manager

You will work closely with the AWS team and the Sales team in strategically equipping partners (ISVs - Independent Software Vendors and SMBs - Small and Medium-sized Businesses) to fully realize the value of the Cloud Service / Program through structured support and funded initiatives, to leverage cloud benefits, driving their success with cloud adoption.It involves:Partner assessments to assess partner eligibility for the Program (Accelerate Development Program).Provide and manage onboarding, end-to-end structured support and guidance for selected partners throughout the program (with help from AWS).Support Initiatives: Participate in weekly cadence calls to discuss updates, progress, and next steps on ongoing projects or initiatives.Attend cloud enablement workshops to get partners to buy into the value of partnering with AWS.Build a team of motivated PDMs whom you will guide and grow to deliver best-in-class partner experience, achieve targets, and ultimately grow the business, etc.Requirements:+5 years partner enablement experience.+2 years project management experience.A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.Experience in enabling ISVs, and SMB markets, some from the Public Sector.
