This role is perfect for someone who is proficient in LinkedIn, has a knack for cold calling, and possesses strong sales development skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with executive assistance, including diary and calendar management, as well as marketing and social media. If you are available to work 20 hours a week in the CST time zone and have a remote office setup, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Leverage LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients. Conduct cold calls to generate leads and set up meetings. Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information. Utilize social media platforms to enhance outreach and engagement. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Executive Assistance: Manage diaries and calendars for executives, ensuring efficient scheduling. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Marketing and Social Media: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness. Create and manage content for social media platforms. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Requirements: Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Experience with cold calling and sales development. Understanding and experience with CRM systems. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in the CST time zone. Tech-savvy with a reliable remote office setup. Experience in executive assistance, including diary and calendar management. Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management.
